Study on Expanded Synthetic Milk Powder

本研究以６５％～８１％的膨化谷物为主要原料，添加脂肪、糖类、乳品、矿物质、微量元素及维生素、抗菌素等组分生产的膨化人工乳，经试验证明：作为代乳品补喂幼弱小畜完全可以代替奶粉，且成本只有奶粉的２９．３％。本文重点论述了膨化人工乳的配方设计、加工工艺和设备。

The expanded synthetic milk powder is made of 65%-81% expanded cereals withsome fat, sugar, milk products, minerals, micro-elements, vitamins, antibiotics and etc. The trialsproved that the synthetic milk powder can totally replace the milk powder to feed young and sick animaland the cost only amounts to 29. 3% of the milk powder. This paper emphatically outlines the formulation design, technology and equipment for processing the expanded synthetic milk powder.
