摘要 本文阐述了超快激光发展的几个历史阶段及其内容、特点和研究方向。对当前飞秒激光技术的研究热点、发展方向进行了综述。对与飞秒激光技术相关的几个新兴学科,如:飞秒等离子体物理,飞秒X射线,飞秒光电子学,飞秒半导体物理和飞秒光谱全息学给予概括评述。 In this paper the history for Ultrafast laser technology were presented and thier content, focuspoints described. The current rescearch and developing directions for fendosecond laser were discussed.The relative new subjects, such as femtosecond laser plasma physics, femtosecond laser induced X-ray,femotosecond optoelectronics, femtosecond semiconductor physics and femtosecond spectral holography,were also briefly reviewed.
