甘草酸单铵和无环鸟苷伍用体外抗单纯疱疹病毒作用

Effect of Combination of Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate with Acyclovir on Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 in Vitro

在组织培养系统中，甘草酸单铵和无环鸟苷伍用产生一定的相加抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒作用．两药伍用的最低剂量分别为１．０ｍｇ／ｍＬ和０．１２５μｇ／ｍＬ．在伍用浓度下，没有任何干扰和抵消作用，同时也未发现对细胞的毒性作用．两药合用可能为无环鸟苷的用药开辟新途径．

This study was designed to investigate whether monoammoniumglycyrrhizinate(MAG)would affect the antiviral activity of acyclovir(ACV)with herpes simplex virus type 1 in RK_(13)cells.The results showed that combination of different concentrations of MAG and ACV produced an additive effect.The lowest combinated concentration of MAG and ACV is 1.0mg/mL and 0.125μg/mL,respe-ctively.This finding suggests that combinations with these antivirals could be clinically useful.
