摘要
介绍了电阻焊焊机微机监测与控制系统的设计原理,并对软、硬件进行了较详细的说明。该系统具有多种焊接循环控制模式,可应用于各种不同方法和多种材料的焊接。该系统在实际应用中得到验证,性能稳定,可大大提高焊接质量和焊接效率。
The design principles of microcomputer monitoring and control system in electric resistance welding welders are introduced, and the software and hardware illustrated detailedly. There are various kinds of welding circulation control models in the system, which are suitable to different kinds of welding methods and materials. The practical application shows that the performance of the system is stable, and it can improve welding quality and welding efficiency greatly.
