介绍了一种将１６×１６汉字点阵库中的汉字点阵自动转换为ＳＣＨＥＭＡＴＩＣ格式的库源文件的方法及相应的Ｃ语言程序。含有汉字点阵的库源文件经ＳＬＭ实用程序处理之后形成相应的元件库文件，通过调用元件的方法实现汉字标注。

This paper introduces a method and the relative C language programme, by means of which the Chinese character matrix in 16×16 Chinese matrix library can automatically be transformed into SCHEMATIC type library file. The relative element library file can be formed through the treatment of SLM practical routine by the library file containing Chinese character matrix, and the Chinese character marking can be achieved by transfering the elements.
