曲率和挠率对螺旋状矩形管流动特性的影响

摘要 利用基于带有物理基的非笛卡儿张量分析的广义矩阵法,在非正交的螺旋线坐标系中,推导出了连续性方程和Navier-Stokes方程组。并利用有限元法,解出了上述偏微分方程组。借以分析研究了螺旋状矩形管在定常、充分发展的层流流动中,管的曲率、挠率和横截面倾斜角对流动特性的种种影响。 Using the generalized matrix method based on non Cartesian tensor analysis with physical base, the continuity equation and Navier Stokes equations in nonorthogonal helical coordinate system are derived. With the finite element method the above partial differential equations are solved. The influences of curvature, torsion and inclined angle of cross section of the pipe on the flow characteristics are analysed and studied in the fully developed steady laminar flow of helical square pipe. Compared with the toroidal square duct, the laws of the influence of flow parameter variation upon flow characteristics variation are found.
