摘要
着重研究了NZS系列装饰铜合金在不同塑性变形下的腐蚀性能。同时对晶粒度、退火温度对腐蚀性能的影响做了一定的探讨。实验结果表明:机械变形对NZS系列装饰铜合金的腐蚀性能影响很大,腐蚀速率随变形量的增加而明显增加,增加晶粒度使铜合金的腐蚀性明显下降。
In this paper, the corrosion property of NZS system decorative copper alloy under different plastic deformations is investigated, and the influences of grain size and annealing temperature upon the corrosion property discussed. The experimental results show that: the effect of plastic deformation on the corrosion property of decorative copper alloy is great, and the corrosion rate obviously increases with the increasing of deformations. But when the grain size increases, the corrosion property decreases distinctly.
