摘要
简述了改性纸浆废液复合粘结剂及其用作铸造砂芯粘结剂时的性能。实验表明,该粘结剂的发气量小于合脂砂,溃散性良好,干拉强度为1.7MPa.
The properties of modified pulp waste liquid complex binder and those of the binder used as cast cores are discussed briefly. The experiment shows that: the gas forming volume of the binder is less than the synthetic fatty residual sand, and its collapsibility is good and the dry tensile strength is 1.7MPa.
