Share System—the Typical Model of State owned Enterprises System

通过国有企业改革实践，说明沿着所有权与经营权分离的“两权分离”思路进行改革，尚存在着缺陷。为适应社会主义市场经济的需要，转换国有企业经营机制，推行股份制是我国企业制度的根本性改革，股份制是国有企业制度的典型模式。

Through the reform practice of state owned enterprises, this article expounds that the reform being carried out according to the thinkings of two right separation—the separation of ownership and management, still has some shortcomings. In order to suit the need of socialist market economy, it is a fundamental reform of the Chinese enterprises system, to alter the management mechanism of state owned enterprises and to purse the share system. The share system is a typical model of state owned enterprises system.
