摘要
本文较为系统地研究了小麦、水稻芽期和苗期的电、磁效应。研究结果表明,适宜磁场可提高小麦、水稻种子发芽率和淀粉酶活性,并能提高小麦稳重和千粒重。磁处理较佳场强为200mT,较佳处理时间为5分钟。适宜电场亦可提高小麦、水稻种子发芽率和淀粉酶活性,较佳电场450v/m。适宜电场可显著的提高陈水稻种子发芽率和淀粉酶活性,增加苗期叶绿素含量。
Abstract This paper reports the effects of electric field and magne field treatment on the seed germinationpercentage and seedling growth of wheat and rice. The researches showed that suitable intensity ofmagnetic and electric field can raise the seed germination,amyiase,hydrogen peroxidase activity andthe seedling growth velocity. The yied of wheat treated by suitable magnatic field was higher thanyield of check,The experiments showed,the effects of 150-600v/m electric field treatment on wheatgermination,amylase and hydrogen peroxidase activity were more evident than the effects of 100-900mT magnetic field treatment.This study showed suitable magnetic field in tensity of wheat was 200mT, time 5 minute;better treating electric field intensity of wheat was 450v/m,time 5 minute.
