ON THE IMPROVEMENT AND APPLICATION OF BIRKHOFF'S FORMULA

本文改进了实验美学中的伯克霍夫公式，并对公式中诸变元提出了一种量化方法，应用于技术产品的美学质量评价或鉴定．

This paper improves the Birkhoff's Formula of experiment aesthetics thus to gains a new Birkhoff Formula, and provides a kind of numerical method for each variation factor of these formulas so that these formulas are applied to aesehetic judgment of product's quality. There is a practical example in the paper.
