摘要
提出了利用５５５单稳电路和示波器测量绝对分电常数ε０和一些材料的相对介电常数εｒ的一种新方法．
n this paper a new way is suggested for determining the permittivity of free space and dielectric constant of some materials by means of 555 timer monostable circuits and oscilloscopes.
