摘要
研究六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺(HMMM)与松香树脂酸的反应。该反应在二甲苯溶液中回流条件下进行,1%对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,由树脂酸酸值的下降来判断反应进行程度。结果表明,HMMM与树脂酸反应时,每分子HMMM上最多可接两个树脂酸分子。反应温度较低,时间短,一般5h酸值就降至4~5mgKOH·g ̄(-1)样品。为了证实反应按预期进行同时确定产物结构,以去氢机酸与HMMM以1:1摩尔比反应并利用薄层色诸法分离制备,对制备产物进行IR和 ̄(13)CNMR分析。确认反应是通过树脂酸羧基与HMMM上活性基团甲氧甲基进行交换,产物为去氢枞酸酯。同时也证实了产物中仍有大量活性基团甲氧甲基的存在,这就为加合物进一步与含羧基、羟基、胺基类的树脂反应提供了条件。
The reaction between Hexakis(methoxymethyl)melamine(HMMM)and rosin acids at differ-ent molar ratios was studied.It was carried out in xylene solution under reflux condition with 1% PTSA catalyst.By using non-aqueous titration method,the residual acid numbers of rosin acids were measured in order to determine the reaction extent.The result showed that the reaction could be finished nearly quanti-tatively when the molar ratios of HMMM to rosin acids were 1:1 and 1:2 and incompletely when the molar ratio was 1:3.TLC method was used to separate the products obtained from 1:1 molar ratio reac-tion of HMMM and dehydroabietic acid.The separated product was analyzed by IR and  ̄(13)C NMR method which verified that the reaction was a transesterification reaction between methoxy group of HMMM and carboxyl group of rosin acid.There were still lots of unreacted methoxymethyl group in the product.Thus the product might further react with other compounds containing hydroxy,carboxyl and amine groups.
