黑荆材制化学热磨机械浆及配抄箱纸板的研究

STUDY ON PRODUCTION OF CTMP AND LINERBOARD WITH BLACK WATTLE WOOD

研究探索了黑荆木材制ＣＴＭＰ及配抄箱纸板的可能性。结果表明，黑荆木片通过ＮａＯＨ和Ｎａ＿２ＳＯ＿３混合液浸渍的一段磨浆工艺能生产出ＣＴＭＰ，并能配抄出符合质量要求的箱纸板；其制浆黑液的污染负荷较低，便于治理。

Black wattle is a fast growing hardwood tree species.Experiments showed that,CTMP could beproduced by single refining process with chips of 6 years old wood impregnated in mixed liquor of NaOHand Na_2SO_3 in advance. The brown pulp yield was 90.84%,The average length of fibre is 1.165 mm;thewidth of fibre is 30.7μm;and the ratio of length/width is 37.9.In making liner board,masson's pine kraftpulp was used as the top layer(about 20% in total)with hardwood CTMP as the bottom layer(about60% in total),the rest was a definite proportion of masson's pine kraft pulp mixed(about 20%in total)for production of liner board.The quality of board was B grade based on state standard.Pollution load ofthe black liquor was low and convenient for treatment.
