摘要
对林业与纸业之关系及高得率浆的发展作了讨论，同时对林业发展制浆造纸工业的问题进行了分析。
The paper discusses the relationships between the forestry and pulp and paper industry,s wellas the development of high-yield pulping,particularly thermomechanical pulping and chemithermo-mechanical pulping in China. Multiple uses of forest resources are highlighted.Recommendations are givenas how to improve the contribution of the forest industry to the development of China's pulp and paper in-dustrv.
