摘要
根据竹材的结构特征,论述了采用软化、加压和定形的方法,将竹材弧形断面展平制成压缩竹板的技术要点,并测定了压缩竹材的主要物理力学性质。试验结果表明,压缩竹材比未压缩竹材及竹编胶合板的强度有明显提高,还提出了利用竹/铝复合材料以改善和提高竹材某些性能的尝试。
According to the structural features of bamboo, a compressive technique aimed at changing the circular cross section of natural bamboo into a plate form for convenient use is presented in this paper. The new manufacturing method includes three major processes: softening, compression and fixture.The major mechanical properties of compressed bamboo were tested and compared with those of normal bamboo and bamboo mat,the results showed obvious increments in almost all major properties. Some attempts are made in order to extend the application of bamboo by means of composition, fusing compressed bamboo to reinforce aluminum alloy plates.
