应用动态CT和水充盈技术行胃癌CT分期与手术对照研究

CT Versus Surgical Staging of Gastric Cancer with Dynamic CT and Water Filling Method

自１９９１年２月～１９９３年４月，我们采用水做为胃的口服对比剂，结合低张和动态增强扫描对一组６６例胃癌进行了前瞻性研究。术前ＣＴ与手术病理严格对照，统计结果：本组胃癌ＣＴ分期总的准确性８６．３６％，胃癌可切除性术前估价准确性９２．４２％，表明采用水做为口服对比剂结合动态扫描方式，明显提高了胃癌ＣＴ分期的准确性，值得临床推广应用。

From february 1991 to april 1993,66 cases of gastric carcinoma were prospectively studied by means of CT performed with the water as oral contrast, hypotonic agent and incremental dynamic CT technique.The CT findings of tumour spread were strictly compared with the surgicalpathology, statistical analysis indicated that CT correctly staged 57 of 66 patients (86.36%) with advanced gastric carcinoma, the accuracy of preoprative evaluation of tumoral resectability by CT is 92.42%, Our study suggested that new CT technique be used as a valuable method in staging and predicting surgical resectability of gastric cancer.
