参考日本现有前处理机的功能,并通过大量的小型试验和理论分析,摸索出了一些煮茧前处理的工艺方法,最后在大面积生产试用的基础上,研制了一台煮茧前处理设备。文中介绍了湿热处理等有关工艺技术与设备简况。

Some cocoon cooking pretreatment processes are developed through studies made on the functions of existing Japanese pretreatment machines and a series of small-scaled tests and theoretical analyses. And on the basis of extensive trial productions, a pretreatment device is made. Herein a brief description of the device and the technology concerning wet-heating treatment are presented.
