手术治疗69例鼓室硬化症的临床分析

The operative treatment of tympanosclerosis

报告鼓室硬化症６９例的临床资料，４５例为镫骨固定型，对４２例采用以“倒立Ⅱ型”为主的听骨链重建术（而非多数人采取的Ⅰ期封闭鼓室，Ⅱ期镫骨切除或半规管开窗术）取得３７例听力提高（占８８．１％）的好效果。随访３１例，最长８年，无一例神经聋发生。并就“倒立Ⅱ型”术的方法、优点及手术的体会进行讨论。

In scientific and learned circles,there are different opinions on tha treatment of tympanosclerosis,especially on the selection of the operative forms of tympanosclerosis of stapes fixation type. This paper presented 69 patients with tympanosclerosis,45 out of 69 were one of stapes fixation type,of the 45 42 of later had undergone ossicular reconstructions of type Ⅱ of incus invertion.As a result, 37 patients gained their hearing increased without nerve deafness(88.1%).31 patients were followed up,the longest follow-up time was 8 years.The author would like to introduce the way,advantages and experience of type Ⅱ tympanoplasty of incus inversion.
