75例贯声门癌的临床与病理分析

Clinical and pathologic analysis on 75 cases with transglottic cancer

对２７２例喉标本进行连续切片的病理组织学观察，７５例为贯声门型，而其中临床诊断为此型者仅２７例，两者符合率仅为３６％。通过临床与病理对比分析，认为贯声门型是一种临床难以确定，而病理组织学确实存在的特殊类型喉癌；认识此型的临床与病理特点，有助于对其早期诊治。

The serial sections of 272 larynx cancer were observed hislopathogically. Seventy-five cases were classified as transglottic cancer, but only 27 of them were diagnosed clinically. The misdiagnostic rate is 64%. By comparing clinical manifestation with pathology examination, authors think that transglottic cancer is a special type of laryngeal cancer,which is hard to be determined in clinic but does exist in pathological histology.
