鼻周期和鼻粘膜纤毛清除率的相关性研究

The correlative study between nasal cycle and mucociliary clearance

应用主动性前鼻测压法每隔３０分钟一次连续８小时测定正常成人的鼻气道阻力，对有明显鼻周期的１１名成人应用糖精法测定鼻周期两种时相下的鼻粘膜纤毛清除率。结果显示：鼻粘膜处于充血状态时，鼻粘膜纤毛清除速度较快；而鼻粘膜处于减充血状态时的鼻粘膜纤毛清除速度较慢，两者相比，有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．提示：在进行鼻粘膜纤毛清除率正常值测定时。既应考虑药物、病原微生物等多种因素对鼻粘膜纤毛功能的影响，也应充分考虑鼻周期因素。

Nasal airway resistance was measured bilaterally on subjects at 3O-minute intervals over 8 hours by using active anterior rhinomanometry, Nasal mucociliary clearance was measured by using saccharin method in congested and decongested phases of the cycle in 11 subjects who displayed distinct nasal cycle. The results showed that the nasal mucociliary clearance rate was obviously different in two phases of the cycle(P<0. 01). The mucociliary clearance in congested phase was more rapid than that in decongested one. Therefore, during the measuring of the normal nasal mucociliary clearance and the study of the effect of germs and pharmacons on mucociliary clearance, the factor of nasal cycle must be fully considered.
