声带白色样病变45例报告

White change of vocal cords(A report of 45 cases)

声带白色样病变并非全部为喉白斑病。本文报告４５例临床诊断为喉白斑病，经病理证实仅３３例。认为，在病检前将本病统称为声带白色病变为宜；白斑病癌变主要在非典型增生的基础上进一步发展所致，非典型增生越严重，癌变的可能性越大。喉显微手术治疗可使部分患者痊愈。

Not all white appearance of vocal cords are leukoplakaia of larynx. In this report,45 patients were diagnosed as leukoplakia of larynx by clinic, but only 33 patients of them were proved by pathology. We propose that before histological examination this disease should be named generally as white change of vocal cords. The malignant changes of leukoplakia might be mainly developed from dysplasia. The more serious is the dysplasia, the more possible is the malignant change. Larynx microscopical operation can cure of some of these patients.
