上颌窦出血坏死性息肉27例临床分析

Clinical analysis of hemorrhagic necrotizing polyp of maxillary sinus (Report of 27 cases)

对27例上颌窦出血坏死性息肉患者进行了临床分析,其中6例术前误诊为上颌窦恶性肿瘤。认为对一侧进行性鼻塞、涕血、CT扫描示上颌窦有部分骨质破坏者,除考虑恶性肿瘤外,尚应想到本病可能。并对本病的性质和发病机理、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗原则进行讨论。

27 cases of hemorrhagic necrotizing polyp of maxillary sinus were clinically analysed in this paper, 6 out of 27 cases were erroneously diagnosed as malignant tumor of maxillary sinus before operation. It is emphsized that if someone who has unilateral progressive nasal obstruction bloody nasal mucus and bone should be thought of this kind of disease besides malignant tumor. The character, pathogenesis, diagnosis,differential diagnosis and principle of treatment were also discussed.
