生丝新标准对生丝质量影响分析

An Analysis on the Effects of Raw Silk New Standards on Raw Silk Quality

江苏省87～88茧丝年度实施生丝新标准后,与86～87年度执行老标准进行商检结果比较,生丝各项质量成绩提高而平均等级下降,偏差定级比例增大,这是高等级高质量、低等级低要求的体现;值得一提的是,立缫下降了0.21级,而自动缫仅下降了0.06级。新标准的实施,将促使缫丝企业加速技术改造,采用先进工艺和设备。

In comparison with the commercially inspected results of raw silk quality of 1986-1987 based on the old standards, raw silk of 1987-1988 in Jiangsu Province shows a general rise in quality but a drop in grade average and a higher deviation ratio in grade evaluation, according to the new standards. This means silk grade is an indica- tion of its quality according to the new standards,so the implementation of new stan- dards will promote the technical innovation and adoption of advanced technology and equipment in silk reeling enterprises. However, it is worth mentioning that a quality drop of 0.21 grade will result in raw silk made by multi-end reeling machine, and drop of 0.06 grade in that made by automatic reeling machine.
