轻症血友病患者扁桃体切除术后出血的处理

Treatment of mild hemophilia resulted in bleeding after tonsillectomy

报告对2例慢性扁桃体炎患者行扁桃体切除术后出血不能自止。经行有关的血液学检查后诊为轻症血友病,遂给输新鲜血液等处理血止。提示对扁桃体切除术后并发出血者应考虑本病的可能,并进行相应的实验室检查。争取明确诊断,及时输注新鲜血液是很重要的治疗措施。

Two cases of mild hemophilia resulted in bleeding after tonsillectomy were reported. The report indicates that mild hemiphilia may be one of postoperative bleeding causes. In order to a definite diagnosis,a series of laboratory tests should be done. It is important that fresh plasma or blood be used in treatment.
