梅尼埃病患者服用甘油后声导纳及声反射阈的变化 被引量:2

Changes of otoadnittance and acoustic reflex threshold following glycerol ingestion in patient with Meniere's Disease

摘要 对26例梅尼埃病患者及17例健康者服用甘油前后,行678Hz、1000Hz探测音及以患耳共振频率作为探测音之最大声导纳(Y)、声导(G)、声纳(B)值测试及226Hz、678Hz探测音之声反射阈值以及纯音听阈测定,结果发现服用甘油后3小时与服用前之共振频率及678Hz探测音的Y、G、B差值之异常率较大,678Hz探测音之声反射阈异常率也较大。表明口服甘油观测患者及声反射阈的改变可作为梅尼埃病之客观诊断方法。并就Y、G、B变化之机理进行讨论。 The changes of otoadnittance and acoustic reflex threshold were investigated prepostingesting glycerol in 26 patients with Meniere's disease and 17 control subjects. The maximum admittance(Y),conductance(G),and susceptance (B) were measured with probe tones of 678Hz,1000Hz and the resonant frequency of the affected ear in preglycerol ingestion and 3 hours after glycerol ingestion. In addition,Acoustic reflex thresholds were measured with probe tones of 226Hz and 678Hz,and audiometric thresholds were obtained too. The results showed the relatively obvious difference in Y,G,B values and the acoustic reflex thresholds between pre and post glycerol. These variable parameter could be considered as a more sensitively objective assessment of Meniere's disease. The mechanism of changes of Y,G, B was also discussed.
