成人原发性非梗阻性巨输尿管的X线诊断（附三例报告）

Primary Non-Obstructive Megaureters in Adult(A Report of 3 Cases)

成人原发性非梗阻性巨输尿管为少见输尿管畸形。本文报告３例，重点地描述了此病的Ｘ线征象，在排泄性尿路造影可见近膀胱端约３ｃｍ段的输尿管保持正常管径为无动力相对狭窄段，而其以上输尿管甚至肾盂肾盏呈不同程度扩张、积水；输尿管变直；以盆腔段输尿管扩张最著，多呈梭形。无动力段输尿管在排尿照片显示最清楚，是本病的特征表现。对本病发病机理、诊断标准等作了一般综述。

Primary non-obstructive megaureter is a rare congenital abnormaly and more rarely diagnosed in adult.In this paper,3 proved cases were reported.The ureter was dilated markedly,straightened and adynamic in end short segment which demonstrated more clearly in the micturating cystography, about 3cm,in length.adjacent to the bladder, reserved the normal caliber,The renal pelvis and calices were often extend to dilate in varied degree,Cystscopy was normal. The pathogenesis and the criteria of diagnosis were discussed.
