无水酒精瘤内注射结合灌注化疗治疗周围型肺癌初步探讨

Preliminary Report on the Treatment of Peripheral Lung Carcinoma with Intratumor Alcohol Injection and or with the Adjunctive Use of Bronchial Artery Infusion

应用无水酒精瘤内注射（ＰＡＩ）并结合支气管动脉灌注化疗（ＢＡＩ）治疗１２例周围型肺癌患者，其中１例单纯ＰＡＩ治疗后手术切除，对其标本进行了详细的病理组织学研究。余１１例均应用ＰＡＩ结合ＢＡＩ治疗，治疗有效率１００％，显效率８１．８％。研究结果表明，对于周围型肺癌，应用ＰＡＩ治疗安全有效，但单独应用尚有一定限度，而ＰＡＩ同时结合ＢＡＩ治疗既能治疗原发灶，又能控制转移灶，且对大病灶肺癌也能取得较好疗效，从而克服了单纯ＰＡＩ的限度，是一种较好的综合性治疗方案。

Twelve pathologically confirmed cases with peripheral lung carcinoma were inclued in this series to evaluate the result of treatmint with percutaneous intratumor alcohol injection(PAI) and with the adjunctive use of bronchial artery infusion(BAI).One patient underwent lung resection after PAI without BAI,A detailed histopathological study of the resected specimen was obtained.The rest 11 cases were treated by PAI with the adjunctive use of BAI.The over all effective rate of this series was 100%,and the highly effective rate was 81.8%(9/11).Based this study,we would come to conclude that PAI was a safe and effective procedure of choice for the treatment of peripheral lung carcinoma and it was suggested that with the adjunctive use of BAI,in a larger lesion or in the presence of metastases,a better result may be also achieved.
