本文分析了７例脊柱骨巨细胞瘤的ＭＲＩ表现，ＭＲＩ能清楚地显示肿瘤的边缘及其对周围组织的压迫和侵犯。但定性诊断仍缺少特征性诊断依据。

This paper reported 7 cases of MRI appearances of the spine bone giant-cell tumor.MRI can clearly show the range of tumor and the compression and invasion with the surrouding tissue.However,there are still less specificity in diagnosing bone giant-cell tumor even by MRI.
