纸片扩散法抗生素敏感性试验的局限性及其补充方法

DISK SUSCEPTIBILITY TEST-THE LIMITATIONS AND SOME ADDITIONAL METHODS

对纸片扩散法抗生素敏感性试验的局限性进行剖析性学术论证，受试菌的代表性和规范的技术操作应是移植和建立扩散法敏感度解释标准的重要前提。报告了本科的常规药敏试验模式并对各种方法作述评性讨论。认为系统地评价抗生素敏感性应包括：β－内酰胺酶、扩散法定性试验、稀释法定量ＭＩＣ和ＭＢＣ、以及抗生素后效应测定。提示准确地评价抗生素敏感性与有效地分离鉴定病原菌具有同样重要的临床和流行病学意义。

Limitations of disk susceptibility test have been analysed and expounded scientifically. To transplant and establish the interpretative criterion of disk susceptibility, the typical representation of the tested organisms and the standard technique are both essential prerequisites. In this report, routine susceptibility test pattern have been described and various methods have been reviewed as well.It suggests that β-lactamase, qualitative,quantitative test(MIC, MBC)and PAE should be included in the systemic evaluation for the susceptibility It's of equal importance in clinic and epidemiology to evaluate the susceptibility precisely and to isolate and identify the pathogens effectively.
