摘要 本文报道用选择性抑制法结合酶偶联法测定淀粉酶(Am)同工酶,通过数学推导和实验,建立了结果计算公式和标准曲线。方法线性范围0~1100U/L。批内、批间CV≤9.9%。参考范围:血清P-Am 7~55U/L,8-Am 1.8~68.3U/L;尿P-Am 2.5~22.6U/mmolCr.S-Am 2.2~31.3U/mmolCr.本法制备的抑制剂溶液稳定期长,保存、使用方便。 This paper reported the method for determining amylase isoenzymes by using selective inhibitor followed by the enzyme-coupled method.The formulae and the standard curve for calculating activities were established mathematically and experimentally.The linearrange was of 0~1100U/L.The CV.of within-and between-run were of≤9.9%.Reference intervals were as follows:7~ 55U/L and 1.8~68.3U/L for P and S activites in serum,2.5~22.6U/mmol Cr and 2.2~31.3U/mmol Cr for P and S activities in urine respectively.The inhibitor solution prepared had a long term stability and was convenient in storage and use.
