The Effect of Propofol on EEG during Induction of Anesthesia

摘要 异丙酚是快速、短效催眠药,对中枢神经系统抑制较轻。EEG监测是判断异丙酚诱导期麻醉深度敏感而直接的手段。18例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级患者在注入芬太尼3.6μg/kg10min后给予异丙酚2mg/kg或硫喷妥钠4mg/kg于20s内缓慢静注,诱导期间用SAN-El1A71脑电图监测仪持续描记脑电变化。结果表明,异丙酚与硫喷妥纳均首先产生β高幅兴奋性活动,最大效应期异丙酚无δ波,维持期效应则相似。起效时间、达到最大效应的时间无显著性差异,但异丙酚的作用时间明显短于硫喷妥钠。 8 ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients were given either propofol(P) 2mg/kg or thiopentone(T) 4 mg/kg iv in 20s,10 minafter fentanyl 3.6 μg/kg iv(A). During inouction EEG was recorded with SAN-EI 1A71 electroencephalograph.Both P and T evoked an excited high amplitud β activity at first.Their EEG effects in maintenance of anesthesiawere also similar. But there were no δ waves found during the maximal effect of propofol. The onset time and thepeek time were not statistically different between group P and T,whereas the duration of maximal effect in groupP was significantly shorter than that in group T.
