摘要
本研究通过体外实验,观察了六种静脉麻醉药对红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果显示,各实验药不同程度地抑制红细胞免疫功能,抑制呈浓度和时间依赖性,且药物浓度比药物作用时间更重要。其中,硫喷妥钠的抑制作用最强,芬太尼最轻,安定、依托咪酯、氯胺酮和哌替啶则介于两药之间。
he effects of intravenous anesthetics on immune function of the ervthrocvte were studied in vitro。 The re-sults Show that the anesthetics studied had a dose-and time-dependent depression effect on the immune function ofthe erythrocyte。 The drug concentration had more effect on that than the time course did. Among the drugs,thiopental was the strongest depressent and fentanyl the weakest。
