小儿骶管内注射利多卡因-吗啡混合液用于术后镇痛

Caudal Block with Lidocaine-Morphine for Postoperative Analgesia in Children

本文将１％利多卡因（０．８ｍｌ／ｋｇ）－吗啡（０．０５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）混合液用于小儿骶管麻醉和术后镇痛。注药后所有患儿镇痛效果均在９ｈ以上，７５％患儿达２４ｈ以上。２４ｈ内呼吸频率和ＳｐＯ２无明显变化，但尿潴留、皮肤搔痒等反应率较高。

he value of lidocaine-morphine mixture for caudal analgesia was investigated. Thirty two children, undergo-ing inguinal herniorrhaphy, anoplasty and orchiopexy,received a caudal block of l%lidocaine(0.8ml/kg)with orwithout morphine(0。5mg /ks ).More than nine hours of anlgesia was observed in all cases with lodocaine-mor-phine mixture after surgery,in which analgesia in 75%patients lasted more than twenty four hOurs。There was nodetectable difference in respiratory rates or SpO2, but urinary retention and pruritis appeared with slightly greaterfrequency in the caudal lidocaine-morphine mixture,The incidence of nausea and vomiting was similar for twogroups.
