采用循环翻网输送带代替多段式网面可提高设备利用率和降低造价;但易产生挂茧和挤茧问题。文中概述烘茧机的设计依据和技术原理,以及采用翻网拨杆消除挂茧、挤茧的改进措施。

Higher equipment utilization rate and lower manufacturing cost can be effectedby employing the circulating turn-over screen conveyor, instead of multisegment screen.But such a conveyor will bring hanging and congested cocoons. This paper presents thedesign basis and the technical principle of the cocoon drying machine, as well asmeasures to remove hanging and congested cocoons with turn-over screen rod.
