肾后下部及肾窦内肾盂切开治疗巨大鹿角形肾结石

The incision treatment for giant renal staghorn calculi in the inferoposterior part of kidney and the renal pelvis inside renal sinus

根据肾后下部无肾段动脉主干的解剖学复习,采用肾后下部及肾窦内肾盂切开治疗巨大鹿角形肾结石21例,全部痊愈。表明此方法能简化手术步骤,避免损伤肾内主要血管,减少术中出血,容易取净结石,保护肾功能,是目前治疗巨大鹿角形肾结石较为理想的手术方法之一。

21 cases of giant renal staghorn calculi underwent nephrolithotomy via incision through the inferoposterior part of .kidney and the renal pelvis inside renal sinus , which was based on renal anatomical characteristic that there were no segmental arterial trunks in the inferoposterior part. All were successful. Results showed that the operation used was able to simplify procedure,prevent major renal vessal injury and lessen bleeding. Also the operation was easy to remove calculi completely and advantageous in protecting renal function.
