The diagnosis and treatment of pyonephrosis (Report of 45 cases)

报告45例脓肾的诊治体会。认为经皮肾穿刺检查是唯一可靠、安全和快速的确诊手段。具体治疗方法应根据患肾功能和梗阻原因而定:①肾脏已严重破坏、功能丧失者应早期切除病肾;②肾功能尚可、病因易于处理者应及早手术解除梗阻引流肾盂;③梗阻病因复杂不易处理或病人全身情况差者应先做经皮肾穿刺造瘘引流,待情况改善后再做相应手术。

45 cases of pyonephrosis were reported. Percutanous renipuncture is as the only effective,safe and quick diagnostic method.Concret treating methods are decided by renal function and cause of obstruction. (1) Nephrectomy should be made early if the kidney was destroied severely and no function. (2) Early relieve obstruction and drain renal pevis.if the kidney have some function and the cause of obstruction can be menaged easily. (3) It should be percutaneous nenipuncture dreainage first .then manage after patient's condition was improved .if the. cause of obstruction are complication and can't be managed easily,or the patient's general condition is too poor.
