血尿肾癌与无血尿肾癌患者的对比分析

Campare analysis of renal cancer with or without hematuria

对51例有、无血尿两种类型肾癌的年龄肿瘤分期、病理类型、血型以及预后等多项指标进行分析。结果是肿瘤的分期、大小、病理类型等几项指标两组间差异无显著性,但发病年龄和预后无血尿组明显高于血尿组。并结合文献对血尿产生的机理等进行讨论。

The patients's age,tumor stage,pathological sorts,blood types and prognosis were analysed on 51 cases of renal cancer. All cases was divided into two groups;with hematuria group and without hematuria group. Result show that there are not significant difference between two groups on tumor stage,size pathological sorts .But,the patient's age and prognosis in group with hematuria are significantly higher than that of group without hematuria. The mechanism of hematuria is discussed with literature.
