输尿管残端癌七例报告

Report of 7 cases of ureteral stump cancer

报告7例于肾盂癌术后发生的输尿管残端癌,再次行输尿管残端及膀胱部分切除术,术中及术后膀胱灌注抗癌药物,经随访9～21个月,未见复发。并就其临床特征、治疗原则及预防方法进行分析。

Report 7 cases of cancer on ureteral stump, which occurence after operating of renal pelvic carcinoma , All of them were treated by resecting ureteral stump with bladder cuff, and perfuing anticarcinogen intro-operating and post-operation. After following 9-21 months,the recurrence was not found. The clinical characters (treating principle and preventive methods are also analysed.
