接触式激光前列腺切除术30例报告

The report of 30 cases with contact laser prostatectomy

报告采用接触式激光行经尿道前列腺切除术30例,29例排尿通畅,显效率达96.7％。文中就接触式激光切除前列腺有关问题进行讨论,并提出汽化切除包括中叶的30％～40％增生前列腺的标准。

Thirty patients with symptomatic bladder outlet obstruction due to benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent contact laser prostatectomy,of them, 29 cases obtained unobstructed micturition after treatment ,clinical effective rate was 96. 7 per cent. The subjective symptom,life quality, uroflometry and residual urine volume of the patients were significantly improved after treatment compared with that of before one ( P <0. 01). Laser prostatectomy provides a new and safe theraputic option in the managment of those high-risk patients.
