手术治疗男性膀胱颈纤维性挛缩26例报告

Operative tredtment of bladder neck fibrotic contracture in male (Report of 26 cases)

报告经手术及病理明确诊断的男性膀胱颈纤维性挛缩26例,其中5列行膀胱颈后唇楔形切除术,21例行膀胱颈纤维环及前列腺切除术。随访结果表明,前者疗效较差,其中2例术后因排尿困难再手术;后者远期疗效较好,术后排尿通畅,无一例再手术。笔者体会,膀胱颈挛缩合并前列腺增生或慢性前列腺炎及纤维化、前列腺结石者,手术时应将膀胱颈口纤维狭窄环连同前列腺一并切除,这样,手术彻底,远期效果好。

This paper reported 26 male patients who were diagnosed as bladder neck fibrotic contracture by operation and pathology. Of them,five cases had wedge resection of posterior lip of bladder neck. 21 cases had fibrotic ring, of bladder neck and prostate resected concommitantly. The results of follow up showed'the efficacy of the former was less desirable . The latter had better outcome and none were reoperated.It is considered,that fibratic narrowing rcing of bladder neck and prostate shall be reserted concommitantly in the patients complicated with prostatis hyperplasia chronic prostatitis and prostatolith to obtain better far-term efficacy.
