膀胱腹直肌间置术治疗神经原性膀胱的疗效观察

Observation on the bladder-rectusmucle interposition in the treatment of neurogenic bladder

采用本院设计的膀胱腹直肌间置术治疗神经原性膀胱39例,效果良好。认为,手术成功的关键是适应证的选择,主要治疗逼尿肌无反射而尿道压正常的患者。术后定期随访十分重要,随诊中应注意残余尿量,有无尿路感染及结石,必要时行尿流动力学检查,发现问题及时处理,以免影响疗效及损害肾功能。

Bladder-rectusmuscle Interposition has been designed and performed successfully in 39 cases with neurogenic bladder. The operation is mainly used in patients with cletrusor muscle areflexia and normal urethral pressure. It is considered that the main poinf for a successful operation is the proper selection of indication, post operative follow up is also important. Much attention should paid to the residual urine,the possible development of urinary infection and stone at fol-lowups. In some cases, urodynamic examination is needed as followup. Should any prolbems arise they must he dealt with immediately. Othernise, they will affact the therapy result and/of damage the renal function.
