89例皮肤疾病住院死亡病例分析

Study of dead in-patients with skin diseases

分析我院皮肤科１９８３～１９９１年间住院死亡病例８９例，其中ＳＬＥ和皮肌炎患者占４８．３１％，其它依次为大疱性疾病和重症药疹。肺部感染是最常见的死亡原因。提出早期正确诊断和及时有效的治疗是降低住院病人死亡率的关键。

Eighty-nine dead cases in the department of dermatology.Hua Shan Hospital from 1983 to 1991 are analysed,among them patients with SLE and dermatomyositis accounted for 48.31%.The others included bullous diseases,severe drug eruption.etc.Pneumonia was the most common cause of death.Early diagnosis and correct effective treatment played an important role in decreasing mortality.
