16例乳房外Paget病临床回顾

A clinical review on sixteen cases of extramammary Paget's disease

对１６例乳房外Ｐａｇｅｔ病的临床、治疗及预后进行了回顾。结果提示，乳房外Ｐａｇｅｔ病多发生于老年人，主要发生于外阴部皮肤，典型皮损为湿疹样境界清楚的红斑，少数病例伴有相关内脏恶性肿瘤，治疗首选局部扩大切除，预后相对良好。

Sixteen cases of extramammary Paget's disease are reviewed with regard to clinical manifestation,treatment and prognosis.The results show that extramammary Paget's disease is primarily a disease of elderly persons with a relatively better prognosis.It develops predominantly in anogenital areas.Its typical leisons are well defined eczamatoid erythemas.A few patients with the disease have an associated underlying internal malignancy.Wide excision of the lesons is of choice.
