Paramyxovirus infection and Guillain Barre syndrome.

用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了４５例ＧＢＳ患儿ＣＳＦ中ＲＳＶ－ＩｇＧ和ＰＩＶ－ＩｇＧ，发现其阳性率分别为３７。８％、２８．９％，与对照组有显著性差异。测定６例６ＢＳ患儿的血清和ＣＳＦ中ＲＳＶ－ＩｇＧ和ＰＩＶ－ＩｇＧ，并设立Ｓ／ＣＳＦ值，发现ＧＢＳ患儿Ｓ／ＣＳＦ值变化时，可能有三种情况：（１）ＢＢＢ受到损害，神经系统未发生病毒感染；（２）ＢＢＢ的完整无损，但ＣＮＳ内存在病毒感染；（３）ＢＢＢ的损害和病毒感染同时存在。

AbstractThe respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)antibody and parainfluenza virus(PIV)antibody were examined in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)from 59 children with various nervous diseases by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). In 45 cases with Guillain Barre Syndrome(GBS),RSV-lgG and PIV-IgG were found in 17(37.8%)and 13(28.9%)respectively. Results in other neu-rological diseases were normal.In 21 GBS cases with antibodies in CSF,only RSV-IgG was pre-sent in 9(42.9%),only PIV-IgG in 4(19.0%),both RSV-IgG and PIV-IgG were noted in 8(38.1%).There were remarkable variations in the serum/CSF indices (titer of serum RSV-IgG or PIV-IgG/titer of CSF RSV-IgG or PIV-IgG)as measured in 6 cases with GBS. The causes of these indices variations are discussed.
