急性脑血管病患者白细胞介素－2受体的检测

Interleukin-2 receptors in acute cerebrovascular diseases

检测了２５例急性脑血管病急性期患者外周血淋巴细胞的白细胞介素－２受体（ＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平，发现ＩＬ－２Ｒ阳性百分率在植物血凝素刺激前（２．７１±１．１６）与正常对照组（２．６６±１，２０）无显著性差异，刺激后（３４．３８±６．８３）低于正常组（４２．０３±６．５８），Ｐ＜０．０１。认为患者免疫活性细胞功能低下，临床给予免疫增强剂可能有助于改善预后。

AbstractLeveis of interleukin-2 receptor(IL-2R)in the peripheral blood lymphocytes from 25 pa-tients with acute cerebral vascular diseases were investigated. Results showed that positive rations of IL-2R at acute period were similar in the patients(2.71±1.16) and healthy controls(2.66 ±1.20) before stimulation, and lower(34.38±6.38)than the controls(42.02±6.58)after stimulation by phytohemagglutinin, P<0.01.We consider that the activity of immunocytes in pa-tients is low,It may be useful to improve the prognosis of patients if immunopotentiation agents are used clinically.
