类固醇肌病（附2例肌活检病理报告及文献复习）

Steroid Myopathy:Report of 2 cases with microscopic and ultrastructural studies.

报告２例结缔组织病患者在应用皮质类固醇治疗过程中出现类固醇肌病。其主要临床表现为盆带肌无力。肌活检病理组化特点为选择性Ⅱ型纤维萎缩伴Ⅰ型纤维内脂质增加。电镜观察发现肌原纤维萎缩，其间有大量变性线粒体、糖原及脂滴聚积。本文还结合文献对类固醇肌病的诊断、鉴别诊断及处理措施进行了讨论。

AbstractTwo patients with Connective tissue disease were complicated by steroid myopathy during steroid treatment. The cardinal symptom was proximal pelvic girdle weekness.The biopsied muscle histopathology was characterized by predominant type Ⅱ fibers atrophy and increased lipid droplets in type Ⅰfibers. Myofibrillar atropty,aggregation of degenerative mitochondria and glycogen,and lipid droplets were found under electromicroscope. with a review of articles,we aslo make a dis-cussion on the didgnosis,differetial diagnosis and treatment of steroid myopathy.
