胎脑垂体移植治疗席汉病的随访观察

Follow-up study of patients with Sheehan’s disease treated by pituitary transplantation.

本文报告用脑垂体移植治疗６例席汉病的远期观察结果。在临床症状方面都有程度不同的改善，内分泌水平比移植前有显著升高，５例做了磁共振检查，在移植垂体的部位发现可被造影剂增强的块影，考虑即为移植成活的垂体组织。本文还对脑垂体移植的有关问题进行了讨论。

AbstractSix patients suffered from sheehan’s disease treated by fetal pituitary transplantation have been followed up for a period of 3.6～4.3 years. Clinical status of alI the patients were im-proved.Endocrine levels of the patients were elevated significantly after transplantation. Five pa-tients examinated with MRI,revealed a small mass or a thin layer of tissue at the site of pituitary placement which can be enhanced by contrast medium. These masses or tissues should reasonable-ly be considered the survived pituitary grafts. Some problems about pituitary transplantation were discussed briefly.
