酒清局部注射治疗膈下脓肿的初步体会——附12例报告

Primary Experience of Hypophrenic Abscess by Dehydrated Alcohol: Report of 12 Cases

应用无水酒精在B超的导向下进行穿刺.治疗了12例膈下脓肿,介绍了病因、操作步骤,治愈率100%.说明了此法设备简单,操作容易,创伤性小,副反应少,治疗效果好,是可以推广使用的一种新方法.

We treated 12 patients with hypophrenic abscess by using dehydrated alcohol under ultrasonographically guided puncture, healing rate was 100%. At the same time, we introduced operating procedures and etiology of hypophrenic abscess. Our observation show that treating hypophrenic abscess by dehydrated alcohol is a new therapy method that there are slight damage, less side effects, good efficacy, and simple instruments, easy operating, which can be spread to use.
