Ambulatory Electrocardiogram Observation after Cryoablation

６条犬于冷凝手术后进行了动态心电图监测。结果表明：大部分实验犬在冷凝后出现频发窒早和室速；室速产生的机理是自律性增高；室速及室早一般出现在手术后３天以内，一周后室速及室早自行消失，无一例恶化为室颤，说明冷凝手术致心律失常作用时间短暂，冷凝手术安全可行。

mongrel dogs were cryoableted and monitored by ambulatory eleec-trocaridograghy (Holter). The results of the study indicated that the majority of the ex-perimental dogs had frequent premature ventricular contractions and ventricular tachy-cardias (VTs). The enhanced automaticity was suggested as the mechanism for the ar-rhythinias which usually occured within 3 days after cryoablation and disappeared afterone week spontaneously. No VT deteriorated to ventricular fibrillation, which demon-strated that cryosurgery was a safe, available and feasible method for arrhythmogeniceffect of cryoablation was transient.
